We have three rooms available:
Main Hall: 180 seated OR 240 standing
Community Room 60 seated OR 80 standing
Committee Room 40
Booking Rates
Marldon Village Hall rental – Hourly rates from 1st September 2024 – 31st August 2025.

Note: Occasional private hire for exclusive use of the entire hall is £40 per hour.
Other Charges: Projector and Screen £25, Cleaning fee for large parties £35.
ALL PAYMENTS ARE TO BE MADE IN FULL AT LEAST 10 DAYS BEFORE THE EVENT.
Payment can be made online through the Hallmaster booking system, when your booking is confirmed and an invoice sent to you. If you are not able to do this, please contact the booking secretary.
A Damage Deposit of £50 is required. This will be returned when the hall has been inspected after the hire providing there is no damage. This fee will be included in your confirmation of booking and invoice.

Please note – there is a small commercial bin at the front of the hall – you are welcome to leave there one bag of rubbish per booking. If you have more bags, please take them home with you. Thank you!
How to use the booking system
We use the Hallmaster booking system to manage our bookings. Please click on the rooms below to see availability then you can make a provisional booking. If you need further help there is guidance here.
Once this is submitted our bookings officer will confirm and an invoice will be raised for you.
